Jason Lyon has been originating residential mortgages since 1996. His ability to communicate while being transparent has allowed him to not only survive but flourish in very difficult markets.

On seven separate occasions he was named as one of the Top 200 Mortgage Loan Originators in the nation according to The Mortgage Originator magazine. He was proud to be a part of the Mortgage Brokers Task force in 2008-2009, where he was one of only four mortgage brokers who were appointed to help write the rules that govern this dynamic industry.

Jason has extensive knowledge of grant, bond, government, Jumbo and conventional loan programs. Jason lives in Colorado with his wife and two children, and enjoys all the outdoor activities that this great state provides him.
